I will make little Andy's birthday the best birthday ever. There will be a big party and I'll invite alot of his friends and make treats, play games, hang up decorations - just your average fun kids party. Only I'll make sure that there's one thing I told you about that will make this party super-fun and much more exciting than your stereotypical 'Baby Brother's Birthday'. This is a promise, and you can always remind me if I forget and want to go shopping with my girlfriends.
